Hello! My name is Laxya Kumar and I am the Director of Engineering in Art Stem. As of right now, I am a rising junior at Monta Vista High School! I have really found STEM itself to be a passion project that I like to do with my friends on the side as an extracurricular. Not only do I enjoy STEM projects outside, but I also like taking my favorite STEM courses in school and teaching my younger relatives /cousins about those subjects early on! I really do believe that teaching the fundamentals of STEM with art can help boost the thinking capability of young children, just so they know how fun STEM can be! This is why I joined Art Stem and can’t wait to start volunteering!
